About
Hey, I'm Liz Brent, and I'm so glad you're here! Whether you want to provide a relaxing and fun experience for the students you serve, or a bonding opportunity for your team, I have the perfect solution!
My Painting Workshops are a great way to find joy in creative expression while connecting with your group. These are perfect for summer camps, enrichment programming, team-building, and more!
I'm a Chicago-based art & special education teacher, leading art classes & creating paint kits for all ages. I have a passion for sharing the joy of painting with others, and I truly love what I do! My teaching practice has taken me into schools, community art centers and summer camps all over Illinois, and now I've expanded with online teaching for kids and adults.
With a BFA in Art Education and a MA in Special Education LBS1, I’m certified and experienced in teaching all learners. I’m always focused on incorporating differentiated instruction however possible.
I truly love teaching art, and I believe that everyone has something truly unique to share with the world through their creativity and imagination.
I'm on a mission to make art more accessible for all, one class at a time, by creating lessons that cater to my students' differing styles, no matter their age, ability, or background.
I believe in creating an environment of fun and exploration. Not lecture-based, but students and I learning and creating together.
